Idaho Press Tribune / Star Program

Discussion in 'Motorcycle Talk' started by celeste, Aug 1, 2006.

  1. Monday's ID Press Tribune (Nampa's newspaper) had an article on the Star program. However, it appears that a subscription is required to read it from their website :(

It was featured front page, above the fold -- nice placement.
  2. Hozhead

Cool, thanks for the heads up and :welcome: to the site!

The STARS program really is pretty good since they use a curriculum from the MSF (Motorcycle Safety Foundation).

For those who don't know about the STARS program, we've got some information on it in the Newbies section of the forum.

  3. Ahhhhhh and the SV contingent multiplies :devil3:

    Welcome to the site..... :welcome:
  4. I'm getting rid of the SV and buying a Suzuki GN125 (the class bike rocked!)

    :) :)
  5. That bike do I say not good.

Wayyyyy underpowered, which means that anything over 45mph may be too much. The cliche is true, get the ex250. or even a little bigger cruiser. 650 savage???(single 15-25hp)

Really even a scooter has more umph than a GN125
